Team TheHammer.ca ran their butts off this year, raising money for CICB's Run for The Cure. Three cheers for all who participated - Heather, Jen, Jason, Trevor, Martha, Holly, Kristina, Dave, Kevin, Nora, and Steve! We all had a great time! More photos are available here.

CBC LOGO Well, we just HAD to submit something to CBC's Stand and Deliver contest... why not, eh? Be listening to CBC Radio March 14-18 to see if our submission made it into the finals. We have our fingers crossed...

Dec 10, 2004 - The Hammer Raises over $1000 for the Shepards of Good Hope
The Hammer was able to raise over $1000 for the Shepards of Good Hope, which in turn provides over 500 Christmas dinners for Ottawa's homeless.
Thanks to Matthew Firth, Tim's Myth, Zapods and everyone who contributed to the cause!

Our brother Kevin got us together to raise money for the Shepards of Good Hope - lets pay for Christmas dinner for Ottawa's homeless.

Oct 3, 2004 - Run for the Cure - $800 Raised!
Run for the Cure 2004 The Hammer Team got off their asses and ran in the 2004 CIBC Run for the Cure.

We raised over $800 for breast cancer research. Thanks to everyone who joined up to run and all those who donated to the cause!!
